1. Website ownership and use

This website is operated by Nelson Solutions. You may view the website and use its public features for lawful, personal, or business evaluation. You may not copy, scrape, disrupt, reverse engineer, impersonate, or misuse the website, its infrastructure, or its integrations.

2. Service information

Descriptions of automation, assistants, integrations, and support are informational. They do not create a service commitment, guarantee a result, or establish a client relationship. Custom services require a separate scope, agreement, and any applicable commercial terms.

3. Interactive demonstrations

The interactive examples are demonstrations of possible workflows. The Restaurant and Hotel experiences use fictional businesses, and demonstration data is illustrative. Demo outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unsuitable for a real operational decision. Do not rely on a demo output as a booking, reservation, customer record, financial instruction, or business commitment.

AI assistants are demonstrations, not autonomous commitments by Nelson Solutions or by any business represented in a demo. They do not send emails, book appointments, make purchases, or change business systems merely because a response suggests an action.

4. Payment demonstration

The payment-processing demonstration uses Stripe TEST/SANDBOX mode. It is not a live checkout, does not represent a purchase, and does not create an order or payment obligation. Never enter real payment information into a demonstration unless the flow explicitly directs you to a verified test environment.

5. Third-party providers

Some features use third-party providers, including Vapi for assistant demonstrations, Cal.com for booking, Stripe for the test payment flow, and analytics or marketing providers described in the Privacy policy and Cookie Policy. Their own terms, privacy notices, availability, and technical requirements may apply. Nelson Solutions does not guarantee that every demonstrated integration is suitable for every client, industry, jurisdiction, or workflow.

6. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or remove website content, demos, integrations, or links without notice. We do not promise that the website or any feature will always be available, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device or provider. A third-party service may be unavailable or change independently.

7. Prohibited abuse and security testing

Do not probe, scan, stress, bypass, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, APIs, assistants, booking systems, payment systems, or third-party services. Do not submit malware, credentials, payment data, personal information about another person, or confidential business information into a public demonstration. 8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website’s text, branding, design, code, and original materials belong to Nelson Solutions or are used with permission. The website and demonstrations are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nelson Solutions disclaims warranties that are not expressly made and is not responsible for decisions made solely from demo content, interruptions caused by third-party services, or loss caused by prohibited or careless use. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
